Very impressed by the service.
I ordered my bracelet on Sunday. On Monday morning I received an email to say the item I had ordered was not in stock as they thought and would I like to choose a different one. I did.
The next day my order arrived and I was pleasantly surprised to find the original item ordered. They must have found the one they couldn't find.
