Spectacularly good service from the company and the Royal Mail. Bracelet ordered around lunch time yesterday, arrived in the mail today. I live in the far north west of Scotland so we are used to delivery hassles, delay and extra charges. To receive this level of service is hugely welcome. Much larger companies could learn some serious lessons from you about this. Thank you.
