Goods were well packed and protected. In error I ordered a bracelet which was too big for my wrist but the free link removal tool was easy to use and I had the bracelet resized in no time. It is comfortable to wear and only time will tell how durable it is. This bracelet replaces one I had with much fewer magnets and already I can feel a difference.
