Twice I'd mistakenly ordered the wrong bracelet. I rang and explained and they could not have been more helpful. They didn't even charge me for the extra postal costs.
Cannot fault this company in the efficient and friendly way they deal with their customers.
If you're thinking of buying a magnetic and or copper bracelet (and believe me they do work!) then buy from MPS, you won't regret it.
