Stainless steel expanding bracelet, with magnets in links.
Item arrived promptly, well packaged and as described.
Was easy to remove a link from the bracelet ( to make it smaller) using the information supplied. Extra, spare links were sent with the item - in case you want to make it bigger.
This is my second purchase and find the product works for me - to reduce pain in hands.
