The ordering was simple. Delivery tracking worked well and goods arrived within specified time ( 3 days later). I ordered the bracelet, ankle bracelet, knee and neck supports. The neck magnets ( within two, sealed pouches) can be removed. The knee one is a little cumbersome, but I only wear it at night. With the equipment provided, I managed to remove unwanted links with the bracelet, for a better fit. Both the bracelet and anklet were identical in size. Anklet fit perfectly. Personally, the most significant benefit has been with the knee support.
