Absolutely fine until something goes wrong. Financed a car with them that wasnt fit for purpose, had to get VOSA to intervene to get the car repaired ( false MOT ) and they did nothing. A year later after another false MOT the engine blew, they scrapped it got £7.50 for the car, didn't offer any help, sent me a threatening letter about non payment ( DD was still in place ) and have locked my account so im forced to pay the total amount in interest.
Have tried calling but they put the phone down every time I get put through. Emails never answered.
