Before 2015 generally Ok for a speedy turnaround. Had a bad experience with their packaging in 2015 and didn't use for nearly 7 years. Thought I'd give them another chance in May. Only 200 out of 2000 flyers turned up, they send more out but missed the deadline. September - I placed two jobs placed at the same time, one of them arrived Ok. But he time-critical one arrived 5 days late (not 24 hrs) with flyers looking like they'd been picked up off the floor after a festival. Customer service on all 3 failed occasions blamed the couriers as if to say nothing to do with them, no sincere apologies. Maybe they could pack them more securely to stop them being damaged in transit. They need to up their game or take some responsibility for their failures.
