Fantastic service from Nicole at AMA, I previously spoke to several mortgage advisors and was advise that I would be looking at a higher interest rate and may not even be accepted a mortgage because of my credit history. I can honestly say that Nicole put me at ease and assured me that it is possible, from start of contact with Nicole to full mortgage offer Nicole has been very helpful and really puts 110% into providing the best service that anyone could dream off. I would also like to add that she kept asking the lender for updates to speed things up, which these days not a lot of mortgage advisors seem to do. The level of service was that good that even if I had been declined a mortgage I would of still paid something to Nicole, it is not often you meet people as helpful as Nicole. I would also like to mention Daniel who spoke me through different options and checked in to see if I was happy with what was proposed.
