Perfect - Prompt, Polite, Professional and did not mention what an idiot i was for having the booster box unplugged LOL! (I would not have any idea that this was the cause as did not even know i had a plug in thingy - the wife unplugged it in the dark to plug in the cool air fan.......). Worth the call out charge just to find out!!
