I think it is unacceptable that a tradesperson is welcomed into your home, discusses a job, and then ghosts the client. A gentleman came from this company on 24 Oct. We waited a week for him to come. We have now waited two weeks for his supposed quote. The only conclusion is he doesn't want the job. How cowardly and childish not to say. So..three weeks delay all in all completely due to this firm's unprofessional attitude. If I see this company's name on any website asking for reviews , I won't hesitate. I will spread the word re unreliability and unprofessionalism. The gentleman who failed to provide the quote was over 6 feet tall , and stooped. I do not know his name.
