The service was very good and cost was fine. Only problem was that I had arranged to be there for the time slot given, as my mother is elderly and that way wouldn't have needed to have direct contact. However we just heard a few hours before that the appointment was brought forward, and since I have a two hour drive, I couldn't be there in time. Good admin - receipt sent quickly. Would probably recommend overall
