I used Aeropost constantly like 5-6 years ago and was very efficient and cost wise. Recently I have returned to Latin America and used the service again and I cannot find the proper word to describe how bad it is, over charges, nobody knows where is your package or have any info about your order, they don’t even give you the correspondent tracking numbers and the worst thing is that they are not willing to refund you under any circumstance
