Got an email confirming that a package was awaiting pickup. It is an hour drive away for me.
Arrived and they said the package was not there. Stated that if I get another email with them saying the package is here and it is not, they should pay for my fuel. I was told "That will never happen". I can see "kindness" an being "considerate" are unknown and apathetic to that person running this racket.
A company that, by friend's experiences, is prone to mishandling, tampering, and outright losing packages being punctual is a dream for sure - To say their customer service is horrible is an understatement. Stuck using this company because there's no other option nearby. Hopefully corporate sees this and shuts down the Tilaran, Guanacaste Costa Rica location because they are nothing, I repeat NOTHING but a headache.
