I shopped from Aery for the first time recently, and while it smelled incredible, unfortunately it arrived damaged. The customer service in resolving the issue was flawless, with a replacement dispatched immediately. The products themselves are really lovely, fantastic quality and make wonderful gifts. Highly recommend.
