I've been looking for a refreshing citrus scented reed diffuser and when I saw that Aery Living had Citrus Tonic, I was excited. I ordered the product early on Friday morning, and it was delivered the following day, in the afternoon by DPD.  The scent itself is lovely, and as listed in the description, it's a medium strength. It's not overwhelming, but the scent is definitely in the space.  I did have trouble getting the cork out, and had to use a corkscrew to get it out. The cork felt like it had a coating on it which made it difficult to grasp by hand when it was fully in the bottle. The cork started to tear as I was getting it out, but was able to get it out in one piece once I saw it and took more care extracting it.  In summary, the service was amazing, and I'm loving the product so far, but cork stopper was difficult to extract.
