My daughter asked for some of your beautiful products for her birthday as they are her favourite. I was delighted to see I would receive a free hand cream with my order as it would be an extra gift for her. However despite spending over £70 this was not the case. The hand cream would appear as free in my basket, but every time I went to pay I would be charged for it. Very disappointing.
