There was a problem with a candle I was given for my birthday, and Jemma at Aery could not have been more helpful! She was so helpful and friendly, replied quickly and sorted out a replacement for me as soon as it came back in stock, even though I didn't have the receipt. The new candle arrived yesterday and I can't wait to use it. Thank you Jemma!
