Love the products but not the customer service. Incorrect items sent - waited in for collection from DHL. It no one came. Emailed Aery and to date to reply. Parcel collected following day but my replacement items not shipped until 3 days later. On top of that not even an apology. Hate to write a bad review but of company won’t engage with emails what can you do??
