Misleading charges for services ... was supposed to get a logo design, finished art and 500 business cards for one pre-paid fee. After investing hours working on the logo we wanted it turned out we also had to buy registration services from them for an added $600 fee or we get nothing. With that approach, they lost my trust so I terminated any work with them.
