Price is fine and competitive (if you don’t need brand new CPU)
But the whole ordering is very frustrating
_ lack of transparency and clarity: retail box comes with stock heat sink, their budget packaging does not. But there is no way to know this
_ not very responsive. After 24hours then they would add you on WhatsApp and you can talk to them, but before then you are left in the dark
