Recently bought a CPU-Motherboard bundle and the online experience was very smooth. They provided constant communication and updates through email - from product availability, packaging, shipping and upto actual delivery. They were very generous to still give me a discount from their marketing promotions even after I already bought the item. The refund for the discount was processed immediately.
