This is an awesome product. Helps relax the mind and body and helping with sleep. Menopause hell hole means I used to only sleep 1-4 hours a night and wake up wired. Sleep much better but best of all that wired up feeling has gone. I have recommended ziziphus to everyone I know. My 102 year old dad is really chilled on it too...thank you so much xx
