Thanks for letting me know when the NatPro became available. My only complaint is not with you, but with the Partridge delivery... they charged me £10 to reschedule delivery as I had a medical appointment for the time they scheduled (which was too last minute to make alternative arrangements with neighbours and such)... when I complained they said it was because I chose a delivery before 10:30?! Crazy really! Not your fault my friends, but thought I'd mention it!
