Please do NOT buy from this company. Here's what happened with me: I've ordered colostrum and reishi, for more than 150 pound. Over the course of the first 30 days, nothing. Yet, I informed them multiple times, via phone and email. When I informed them, they sent me an unstructured message saying they were going to look into it. Nothing happened for 15 days. I call them again and I ask them for a refund. They ask me to please hold on, they would like first to check with the courier and you ensured me an answer in 24h-48h. Again, they failed they promise. I was without the product and the money for over 2 months!! Perhaps they needed my money to stay afloat? This is beyond crazy and completely unacceptable. I paid them more than 150 pound, which is substantial money, and they seem not to care. In the meantime I needed this product and was not given a chance to get it. Their communication is clearly deficient and they do NOT keep up with their promises. I feel SCAMMED.
