Hi there all the way from Portugal. I’ve been a client for a while. And I have been very happy with the service from the company. I have already received my package. Only one thing I would change especially for English speaking clients living in Portugal. The delivery company, they don’t speak English. If it was not for my daughter who speaks Portuguese my parcel would have been on its way back to the UK. Last time my parcel ended up in Spain. I think u should give your clients the option to choose the company. I know I would gladly pay to use DHL. They are really easy to use. And you can speak English.😊
