Ordered two jackets but had to return as unsuitable. As the jackets and the box weighed just over 2kg, the cost of an (untracked) return was £28!!!!
All web site prices were is GDP so I never imagined the return was not to the UK.
It should be clear on the site that returns are at the user's expense to FRANCE.
