I was recommended Air Delay by a friend and I was contacted by them as soon as I left my initial message. Other than supply the details, I had absolutely no work to do, just sit and wait while 'Alex' kept me updated at each step. There was a delay in receiving my funds, this was due to a fault with Thomas Cook, not Air Delay and Alex informed me of this immediately.
Every service has a price, this was unexpected money for me so both parties gained in the financial sense. My thanks to Alex, you were an excellent operator.
