Fantastic service, I had written to British Airways after my 5 hour delay 5 years ago and they just ignored me, but after seeing the Air Delay advert i thought nothing to lose and within a few weeks i got all the money for my flights back hassel free.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has been delayed.
