We are extremely pleased with services provided by your company. After being told it was down to "exceptional",services by the airline themselves,we didn't think we would pursue it on our own as they attempt to make it appear the end of the road. But air delay took the matter to court and won our case.
I highly recommend anyone not to give up easily because the word "exceptional circumstances" can be used for many instances and had it not been for air delay we wouldn't be in receipt of a cheque for over £600.
