we had a long standing grievance with Thomson holidays over delays to our holiday nearly five years ago and were fobbed off on many occasions so never thought anything would come of a claim. contacted air delay signed up and they do it all for you ,won our case and delighted to say our bank account is now over a thousand pound better off
