I had tried claiming for a delay with Thomson directly but they kept refusing there was a claim. However had a very positive outcome when Air delay put the claim in through Butterworth's. The only negative thing I could say is that the claim is paid out in Euros and the exchange rate is set when they submit the claim which in our case meant we lost out as we received less than if they had done it on the current rate. However overall a very positive and good outcome. Thank you Air delay.
