I really recommend using Air Delay. Its so simple, and Alex, who was dealing with my case, was super helpful and very quick to reply to any emails we had.
You just need to fill in you flight details, and give some basic details, and they do the rest!
I didn't expect to get anything to be honest, but was worth a try, no win no fee as they say, so you have nothing to lose anyway.
