When Monarch Airlines refused our EU compensation claim on grounds that the fault (engine Failure!) could not have been for seen we appeared to have no choice but to reluctantly drop the claim. I then saw an Airdelay add. on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I spoke to Alex who quickly assessed our claim and asked for any paperwork we might still have. Fortunatly i still had the relevent documents which I sent to Airdelay. After a short While I was told the case had been passed to solicitors and in the fullness of time I recieved a Cheque for £492. great result and very good service, I would highly recommend Airdelay
