thought i might try a claim convinced that i would be lucky to get a penny , so was very delighted to get 240 pounds between me and 3 grand children i was going to tear up the rest of what i assumed was paperwork when i noticed my youngest grandaughters name on a letter so ichecked the rest of the paperwork and was over the moon we had received 240 pounds each ,so i would recommend try and see if you have a claim aftr all , i would recommend this company i am nearly a thousand pounds better off thanks to them. janet
