I had been arguing with Thomson for over a year over a flight which was delyed for 24 hours thus ruining our Xmas holiday and kept getting fobbed off.
I didn't hold out much hope of getting anything but Air Delay said they would try and I was delighted that they secured the EU statuary delay payment for me.
It was so easy to use them with just a phone call and and email confirmation.
Worth every penny of what I think is their reasonable fee.
Without them I would not have received anything !!!!!!!
