I had a delay of 4 hours on an outward flight due to a technical issue with the aircraft, saw the advert contacted Airdelay, verified the details with Butterworths - and that was all I had to do before the cheque arrived !!
My experience with Alex at Air Delay and the team at Butterworths was very straightforward and much easier than I expected it to be.
