Excellent service from Air Delay, we were kept informed throughout the process and they took care of everything from start to finish. They're work meant a successful claim, and it definitely made up for the large chunk of holiday that was spoiled by a very long delay on a 4 day holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them 10/10!
