I Have been in correspondence with Jet 2 for years over this claim and they have always denied responsibility. After you took up my case it was resolved to my satisfaction with a successful payout after a minimum time. Without your help this matter would have never have been resolved and cant thank your company enough. A great service and have already recommended you services to others if they are unfortunate enough to be delayed. Once again many thanks.
