Our Air delay was annoying at the time as we were just going away for a few days. When I got home I got in touch with the airline, complaining about our delay and enquiring about compensation. The airline did not reply to me. I therefore went through 'Air Delay' who applied on our behalf and eventually obtained compensation for myself and my wife, for which we are grateful. I am convinced that if we waited for some response from the airline, we would still be waiting and would have got nothing.
