We were a group of 20+ golfers delayed some 12 hours in Malaga with Monarch.
Each of us tried in vain to get compensation from Monarch and each and every one of us got fobbed off.
Then one of the group got in touch with Air Delay and what do you know we all got our compensation within a couple of weeks ,we had all been trying for 3 years as individuals.
