I had previously used a well known company who required me to sign a very complicated legal document and despite rejecting that they still went ahead and started the claim with the airline which blocked me from using anyone else. So this time I tried Air Delay and they were really good to deal with. Only had to sign a simple authorization for them to act on my claim and was able to get straight through on the phone whenever I had a question. Better still the claim was paid out and their charges were less than anyone else. Great service and will definitely use them again
