Lengthy delay between submitting claim at end June 2016 and settlement April 2017. Having to chase up several times with the solicitors you use (Butterworths) Originally they came into action because you said BA rejected claim. Then after long delay they were informed by BA you had already been paid. Only their enquires of you finally ended in me being paid. Not good communication all round.
