I opened a case on July 29th and heard nothing until I contacted them on August 16th
They said they had sent me an e'mail the next day but couldnt verify when
Unable to make a claim because a different flight company had an aircraft fault - This is a MAJOR flaw in their advertising and I have also found a common case for rejection - You need to make this simple fact obvious on all your advertising.. Waste of my time
