Had a 26hr delay with Thomas Cook tried to claim delay compensation from the company and was rejected. Then tried a claim via the Civil Aviation Authority and was rejected despite meeting the compensation rules.
I contacted Air Delay and they made a claim on my behalf and success! compensation paid.
Not only would I use them again we already have my wife had a 5hr delay last year.
10/10 for service.
