After our plans got changed by the company we intended to travel with our travel agent asked us if we want to make a claim contacting Air Delay. We accepted and not long ago we received an e-mail saying our claim was succesfull and we will receive a cheque by post. They were very helpfull when I replied them straight away our new adress,and we received our cheque few days after. All can we say,it’s a big Thank You! You are making a good job.
