This claim was pursued diligently with their solicitors through the European Courts. It took 14 months to arrive at a successful conclusion (Small Planet Airways are legally based in Lithuania - a fact not mentioned when you make a booking). I would not have gone to the necessary lengths if I had been pursuing it myself.
