When I originally requested some sort of compensation from Quatar Airlines for our 6 hr. delay, I was asked what they had done for us. I informed them that we had received a bowl of rice and a cup of tea in a polystyrene cup.
They felt that this was sufficient and were not prepared to offer any other form of compensation.
I was therefore extremely delighted when I received the compensation amount from Air Delay
