I had already tried myself to claim compensation regarding my flight delay with no luck after numerous letters. I contacted Air Delay and straight away they made contact. They kept me up to date on a regular basis. I really wasn't expecting to get a lot or if anything at all but I then received an email asking for my bank details and the following day £700 was deposited into my account.
