HORRIBLE!!!!!! If you ever board ,you are the luckiest person on the earth.If your flight is not delayed nor cancelled, you are blessful ! The only word you hear from the agent, run run...!!! Or Good luck catching your flight....!! That if you are lucky too! Most of the agents are angry and mean, since they unorganized and screwed!! Dear customer, your dream trip is gona turn to be a nightmare, till you develop a phobia from travelling.
